Founded
in 2001 by Alain Carbonneau, Apogée is directed by one
of the most passionate in pyrotechnic Art.
His experience in this field started in 1989 when he was hired by Montreal’s: Concept Fiatlux Inc. His implication in Fiatlux lasted six years after what he decided to improve his expertise by working another five years for Mr. Frank Furtado (fireworks competition organizer) with the most renowned fireworks masters in the world. He then could be learning by cooperating with fireworks masters from (Italy, UK, Spain, Australia, Germany, Japan, China, South Africa, etc.). Alain Carbonneau was therefore technical director of prestigious events like: «Casino du Lac-Leamy Sound of Lights» in Hull, Canada from 1996 to this day. « Dunhill Symphony of Fire» in Cape Town, South Africa from 1998 to 2000; « Benson & Hedges Symphony of Fire» in Toronto, Canada from 1994 to 1999; « Les grands feux Loto-Québec» in Quebec, Canada from 1995 to1999; It is following all these experiences that in 2001 Mr. Carbonneau decided to launch his own fireworks display firm. With more than 15 years of experience in large-scale fireworks displays and a long list of good relations with many of the biggest names in the industry, Apogée is now renowned internationally as one of the greatest display firm of the world. |
